Methods of payment for the booklet

You may pay for the booklet by:
- credit card
- cheque
- bank to bank transfer

Credit card payment:
Payments by credit card can be made via the secure
payment system of Paypal.
Simply select the appropriate shipping charge, click on the 'Add to Cart' button, then either 'Continue Shopping',
if you wish to purchase another book, or 'Proceed to Checkout' to
finalise payment.
The cost of the booklet is 42 euros plus the shipping charge.

The book costs 42 euros, to this add the shipping charge as
follows:
- for Spanish deliveries add 5 euros ( total price 47 euros )
- for European deliveries add 19 euros ( total price is 61 euros )
- for any other deliveries add 36 euros ( total price is 78 euros )
